How to make an order
Making a purchase is straight forward. Just browse through our catalogue and
click on any items you wish to buy and put them in the shopping cart. After
you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for
a few details that we need to be able to process your purchase, and to
register with us if you have not already done so.
Payment can be made using a Pay Pal account if you have one, We also accept
credit card payments which can be made securely from this site.
All major credit and debit cards can be used including Visa and Mastercard.
Unfortunately we can not accept American Express at the moment.
If you are shopping anywhere other than the UK, place your order and your
credit or debit card company will convert the transaction to the appropriate
currency.
If you do not have a credit card, you can request an invoice and pay by
cheque.

Shipping and handling
The cost of postage is based on the weight of
your order, to which there will be added a packing charge of £0.80p. You will be asked
for your destination country. Shipping and
handling costs will then be automatically added to your order and will be
displayed on your order summary, before you commit to making the purchase.
Delivery
Over 95% of orders are posted out within one working day of receiving order.
Standard delivery times are:
UK: 1-2 days
Europe: 4-7 days
USA and ROW: 7-10 days
Credit card security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is
placed.
Returns policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it, in
its original condition within 14 working days for a full refund or
replacement.
